Virginia and Smart Beginnings Poverty Profiles
The Virginia Early Childhood Foundation compiled six years of early childhood poverty data, including children 0-5 years old living below 100% federal poverty level and below 200% federal poverty level. The data were pulled from the U.S. Census American Community Survey (ACS), using the six latest 5-year estimates. The data are labeled using the latest year of each of the six 5-year ACS estimates:
- 2012-2016, 5Yr estimates (labeled 2016)
- 2011-2015, 5Yr estimates (labeled 2015)
- 2010-2014, 5Yr estimates (labeled 2014)
- 2009-2013, 5Yr estimates (labeled 2013)
- 2008-2012, 5Yr estimates (labeled 2012)
- 2007-2011, 5Yr estimates (labeled 2011)
